We are hiring full-time Automation Engineers to support entrepreneurs and founders across the US and Europe. As an Automation Engineer, you will be the operational backbone behind visionary leaders—leveraging your technical expertise, organizational excellence, and proactive mindset to help them reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain efficient digital operations systems for email, calendar, task, and project management.
  • Coordinate and optimize daily workflows across productivity tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello.
  • Manage and protect the founder's time through smart scheduling, inbox management, and proactive communication.
  • Integrate and automate processes using n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Workspace automations to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Support data management and documentation, ensuring organized digital filing systems in Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and operational research, and create data-driven reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)—updating pipelines, tracking leads, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with digital marketing operations, such as scheduling posts, managing newsletters, and analyzing campaign performance in Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration using Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Calendly.
  • Support internal knowledge management using tools like Notion, Confluence, or Airtable.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Fireflies, , or ) to improve productivity, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Regularly evaluate, test, and recommend new technologies to enhance business processes and digital performance.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a technical, operations, or executive assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, digital-first or startup environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • n8n, make (integromat), Windows Power Automate, Google Workspace, Zapier,
    • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, , , Fireflies, etc.).
    • Excellent English communication skills (C2 level)—both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization, accuracy, and discretion.
    • High Agency — proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
    • Passion for digital operations, workflow design, and continuous process improvement.
