Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Housekeeping Supervisor will:

  1. Oversee daily housekeeping operations,
  2. Manage and train housekeeping staff,
  3. Ensure high cleaning standards, coordinate with laundry services, and address guest concerns.

The role involves documenting and maintaining inventories, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping skills
  • Experience with Laundry operations
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in hospitality or related field is a must
  • Degree/Diploma in hospitality; further education in hospitality management is advantageous
