Role summary
We're seeking an accomplished Head of Talent & Development to design and deliver Group-wide talent, learning, and leadership initiatives that build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role reports to the Chief Sustainability & People Officer and partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute a Group Talent, Learning & Development strategy aligned to long-term business goals.
- Build leadership capability at all levels; drive succession planning, culture, and change initiatives.
- Advise and influence Executive/Board stakeholders on organisational capability and future workforce needs.
- Own the performance management framework; align outcomes to business growth, ESG commitments, and talent priorities.
- Design and scale flagship leadership and capability programmes using best-in-class content and global partners.
- Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and ROI; track impact with clear metrics and dashboards.
- Champion values, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) across all talent and leadership initiatives.
- Foster a culture of recognition, engagement, and continuous learning.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree (required) in HR, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's degree (preferred) in HR/OD/MBA or related discipline.
- 7+ years in senior HR/Talent/L&D leadership with impact at multinational or group level.
- Proven track record building and delivering high-impact learning, talent, and leadership programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence at Executive/Board level; exceptional communication and EQ.
- Strategic and hands-on; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
