Role summary

We're seeking an accomplished Head of Talent & Development to design and deliver Group-wide talent, learning, and leadership initiatives that build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role reports to the Chief Sustainability & People Officer and partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and execute a Group Talent, Learning & Development strategy aligned to long-term business goals.
  • Build leadership capability at all levels; drive succession planning, culture, and change initiatives.
  • Advise and influence Executive/Board stakeholders on organisational capability and future workforce needs.
  • Own the performance management framework; align outcomes to business growth, ESG commitments, and talent priorities.
  • Design and scale flagship leadership and capability programmes using best-in-class content and global partners.
  • Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and ROI; track impact with clear metrics and dashboards.
  • Champion values, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) across all talent and leadership initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of recognition, engagement, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree (required) in HR, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Master's degree (preferred) in HR/OD/MBA or related discipline.
  • 7+ years in senior HR/Talent/L&D leadership with impact at multinational or group level.
  • Proven track record building and delivering high-impact learning, talent, and leadership programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence at Executive/Board level; exceptional communication and EQ.
  • Strategic and hands-on; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
