The position contributes to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance processes, assisting with audit preparations, and participating in ongoing process improvement initiatives. The role also provides exposure to financial systems, cross-functional collaboration, and a wide range of finance tasks within a dynamic organizational environment.Key Responsibilities IncludeFinancial Analysis and ReportingAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and anomalies.Help in the preparation of financial statements and presentations for internal stakeholders.Budgeting and ForecastingParticipate in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing data.Assist in the preparation and review of budgets for various departments and projects.General AccountingAssist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and record keeping.Help with the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.Accounts Payable and ReceivableAssist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions.Help with the reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.Support the follow-up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.Tax and ComplianceAssist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and laws.Audit SupportAssist in preparing documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.Support the implementation of audit recommendations and improvements.Process ImprovementParticipate in identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance department.Assist in the development and documentation of finance and accounting procedures.Ad Hoc ProjectsSupport various ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance manager or CFO.Assist in research and analysis for special projects.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Understanding of finance principles and accounting concepts.Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Organizational and time management skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.Willingness to adapt to new challenges.Relevant ExperienceMinimum of 0 -1 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.AttachmentsFinance Intern Job ViewDownloadcheck(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
