About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and strategic Fundraising & Donor Partnerships Lead to help us build the financial foundation of a national youth movement. You will identify funding opportunities, cultivate donor relationships, and craft compelling proposals and reports to engage individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue funding through grants, individuals, and partnerships.Develop high -quality proposals, donor reports, and storytelling assets.Manage donor communication and appreciation strategies.Contribute to organizational sustainability through creative giving campaigns.RequirementsQualifications3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor development, or partnerships.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.Deep belief in the cause and capacity to engage donors intentionally.
