We are seeking two highly motivated Junior Account Officers to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with SAP software and a solid understanding of accounting practices. As a Junior Account Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations, supporting accounting processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance within the company's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process transactions and handle reconciliations within SAP.
  • Assist in generating financial reports, invoices, and account statements.
  • Ensure proper documentation for accounting entries and transactions.
  • Work closely with senior accountants to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments are processed promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience working with SAP software, specifically in accounting or finance functions.
  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in SAP.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other financial software systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
