Position Summary: We are seeking a Consultant Trainer in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics to enhance financial institutions' capacity in leveraging data for decision-making, risk monitoring, fraud detection, and improving customer experience. The role includes developing training materials and facilitating sessions that build skills in data analysis, predictive modeling, and data-driven solutions. The trainer will also support the effective application of these skills in financial settings. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training on data science concepts, tools, and machine learning techniques.
• Train staff on using data analytics for credit risk scoring, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
• Provide hands-on practice with data visualization, predictive analytics, and dashboard development.
• Customize case studies showing how data analytics transforms financial services operations.
• Mentor participants on adopting emerging technologies for financial inclusion. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's degree highly preferred).
• Professional certifications in Data Analytics (Microsoft, SAS, Python, or R tools).
• At least 5 years' applied experience in data analytics and machine learning.
• Previous training or consultancy in financial institutions preferred.
