Position- MEP Project Manager

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Education Qualification: Diploma or engineering in Mechanical or electrical

Experience: years, having worked on international branded hotel projects

Job Description: -

  • Provide required technical clarification to contractors and coordinate drawings with MEP consultant.
  • Coordinate with design consultants for any design change required by site conditions.
  • Assist MEP contractors to resolve technical problems at site and advice on work methodology.
  • Weekly scheduling of work front and priorities for MEP contractors
  • Inspect quality of incoming materials, installation workmanship, and rectified works and quantity checks on site versus BOQ.
  • Assist MEP contractors to plan and conduct testing & commissioning operations.
  • Preparation of final defect list and monitoring of their rectification.
  • Collection of as-built drawing and documentation from contractors.
  • Manage hand-over of MEP systems to Operator.
