The Role

At , we're on a mission to transform emergency response across Africa. This role sits at the heart of our operations, expanding and elevating our network of ambulance and road rescue partners. You'll be the engine behind recruiting, onboarding, and equipping new providers, while ensuring every partner is trained, connected, and ready to deliver life-saving care.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, traveling to meet providers, running trainings, leading inspections, and solving challenges in real time. You'll use insights from the ground to shape how we grow, strengthen relationships, and raise the bar on performance. And you'll bring those lessons back to the team to drive impact at scale.

We're looking for someone proactive, organized, and energized by people. You'll need sharp communication skills, an eye for detail, and the grit to keep pushing for higher standards in a fast-moving environment. Above all, you'll be motivated by the chance to make emergency care more reliable, accessible, and effective for millions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and expand our emergency response network by recruiting and onboarding new partners
  • Train and equip providers on the tools, standards, and protocols that power our system
  • Conduct inspections, field visits, and performance reviews to keep quality high
  • Solve problems quickly by working across teams and with partners on the ground
  • Use data and field insights to continuously improve onboarding, training, and engagement
  • Report on key outcomes and progress to the leadership team

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, operations, logistics, technology, or another relevant field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural systems-thinker who enjoys building processes and finding smarter ways to get things done
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and working with new tools, platforms, and data systems
  • Experience using data to track performance, improve workflows, and inform decision-making
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Swahili or other languages spoken in East Africa is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with partners in the field
