Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and presenting products or services to potential clients. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Market Research
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare Sales Proposals and Presentations
  • Experience with CRM software and other Sales tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with training in the humanitarian and sustainable development sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Training Manager is a must
  • This is a commissions based only job
