Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Some work-from-home is acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, performing market research, maintaining customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve specific revenue targets. The role will also include providing customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training and developing sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in a hybrid workplace environment is a plus
