Role Overview
AWA is seeking a polished, results-driven Outreach Coordinator to expand awareness of our adolescent PHP/IOP programs across South Florida. The ideal candidate understands levels of care, excels at building professional relationships, and can confidently deliver presentations to clinical, educational, and medical audiences. This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage a structured weekly outreach schedule.

Key Metrics for Success
Referral Growth

• 10–15 qualified referrals per month
• 4–6 new referral sources activated per quarter
• 30–40% conversion rate from outreach-sourced referrals

Community Engagement

• 20 professional contacts weekly
• 8–12 scheduled outreach meetings per week
• 1+ networking event attended monthly
• 1 AWA-hosted community or networking event monthly

Professional Standards

• Respond to professional contacts within 1 business day
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation (metric TBD)

Core Responsibilities
Outreach & Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, hospitals, therapists, pediatricians, and youth-serving organizations within a 60–90 minute radius.
• Identify new referral opportunities across Davie, Boca, Kendall, and surrounding markets.

Presentations & Community Engagement

• Deliver clear, professional presentations on AWA's programs and admission process.
• Participate in community events, CEU programs, and outreach initiatives.
• Assist with planning and executing AWA-hosted events.

Admissions Support

• Coordinate closely with the Admissions team to ensure smooth referral flow.
• Communicate updates to referral partners with clarity and professionalism.

Tracking & Reporting

• Log all activity, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM daily.
• Provide weekly updates on trends, opportunities, and territory needs.

Brand Representation

• Uphold AWA's mission and values in all interactions.
• Maintain a polished, dependable presence across all assigned territories.

Requirements

• 2+ years in outreach, business development, admissions, education, or behavioral healthcare.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong schedule and follow-up management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DCF and AHCA Level-2 background check.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Knowledge of South Florida PHP/IOP referral networks
