Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Leasing Executive. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leasing activities, conducting lease negotiations, administering lease agreements, and performing market research. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and attracting potential tenants, preparing lease documentation, ensuring compliance with leasing terms, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Leasing, Leases, and Lease Negotiations
  • Skills in Lease Administration and handling lease documentation
  • Ability to perform Market Research and analyze market trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
