We are hiring a
Digital Marketing & Growth Associate
to drive online growth, support product sales, and strengthen how we communicate our work, impact, and offerings across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing strategies across social media, web, and email
  • Grow and monetise social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create compelling content including copy, graphics, short-form video, and campaign assets
  • Support online sales and lead generation for assistive technology products and programmes
  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns for products, research projects, and events
  • Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to align marketing with growth goals

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    in digital marketing, growth, or communications
  • Proven experience promoting or selling products and services online
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience in assistive technology, health tech, education, development, or adjacent sectors
  • Familiarity with analytics, CRM tools, and paid social advertising
  • Experience working in fast-growing or mission-driven organisations
