Full Stack Developer Intern

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Full Stack Developer Intern will supportthe development, implementation, and maintenance of Techno Brain's Open SourceTechnology Stack. Working closely with members of the Project Services team,the intern will help deliver technical solutions, contribute to open -sourceprojects, and assist with internal product development initiatives.This role is designed to provide hands -onexperience across the full software development lifecycle — from coding,testing, and deployment to documentation and version control — while learningand applying best practices in software engineering.The ideal candidate is passionate abouttechnology and open -source, eager to learn, demonstrates a strong work ethic,and collaborates effectively within a team environment. The intern should alsobe flexible and willing to take on new technical responsibilities as requiredto support project deliverables and overall team success. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Full Stack Developer Intern will supportthe Projects Services function of the Enterprise Business Unit throughcontributions to open -source stack projects. Work tasks will align withdepartmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project requirements, butwill broadly include the following Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Assist in building, testing, and deployingapplications using open -source frameworks and tools.o   Write clean, maintainable code under supervision.o   Support feature testing and participate indeployment activities to gain real -world project experience. Support integration of open -source components intoenterprise solutions.o   Learn how to evaluate, adapt, and integrateopen -source libraries and frameworks into larger systems.o   Ensure compatibility and performance as part of theintegration process. Contribute to documentation of processes, tools,and project outcomes.o   Help maintain accurate and up -to -date technicaldocumentation for codebases, workflows, and solutions to support futuredevelopment. Conduct research on emerging open -source technologiesrelevant to the business.o   Explore new tools, frameworks, and trends.o   Share insights and recommendations with the teamthat could enhance product development. Provide troubleshooting and debugging support undersupervision.o   Assist in identifying and resolving issues inapplications and integrations while learning structured debugging techniquesfrom senior engineers. Collaborate with senior engineers and team membersto ensure timely delivery of project tasks.o   Actively participate in team efforts to meetproject milestones and deadlines.o   Build teamwork and collaboration skills throughongoing communication and cooperation. Participate in knowledge -sharing sessions and teamstand -ups. o   Engage in agile practices, attend regular meetings,and contribute to discussions to understand how professional development teamsoperate. Support in maintaining repositories, versioncontrol, and code quality standards.o   Learn how to use version control systems (e.g.,Git), follow coding standards, and participate in code reviews to maintainquality and consistency. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Number of code commits, pull requests, or contributions to open -sourcerepositories and projects. Demonstrated progress in mastering programming languages, frameworks,and tools during the internship. Quality and maintainability of code submitted. Timeliness and accuracy of technical documentation. Ability to apply newly learned concepts to real project tasks. Active participation and meaningful input in team meetings andknowledge -sharing sessions. Level of collaboration with senior engineers, peers, and leadership. Effectiveness in assisting debugging and troubleshooting efforts. Contributions to team knowledge base and continuous improvementinitiatives. RequirementsAcademic QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications (if any) will be an added advantage.Professional Qualifications Familiarity with open -source tools and technologies such as PostgreSQL,GitHub, and Linux. Interest in open -source communities, contributions, or projects. Strong problem -solving skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn. Good understanding of web technologies — JavaScript, , HTML, CSS.Experience & Skills Prior project work, coursework, or internships (if any) in softwaredevelopment will be an advantage (but not mandatory). Strong integrity, interpersonal, and communication skills. Good problem -solving and conflict resolution abilities.
