Job Opportunity: Full-Stack Content & Marketing AssociateFull-Time • On-Site • Mid-Level PositionWe're looking for a Full-Stack Content & Marketing Associate — a creative and strategic professional passionate about education, storytelling, and community engagement. You'll help shape how our client (a school) connects with families through content, campaigns, and brand communication. ROLE OVERVIEWYou'll lead and execute the school's marketing and communications strategy — combining creativity, digital skills, and data-driven insight to grow visibility, boost admissions, and strengthen our community presence. CORE RESPONSIBILITIESContent Marketing & Storytelling-> Create engaging photos, videos, and stories that showcase school life.-> Manage social media platforms and newsletters.-> Capture and share highlights from school events and milestones.Digital Marketing & Advertising-> Run digital campaigns for admissions and events (Meta, Google).-> Update website content and optimize for visibility (SEO).-> Track performance and report key insights.Brand Management & Communications-> Ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all materials.-> Write and design brochures, posters, and promotional content.-> Support internal and external communication efforts.Admissions & Community Marketing-> Support enrollment campaigns and open days.-> Build engagement with parents, alumni, and partners.-> Coordinate coverage for school and community events.Performance & Growth-> Monitor metrics to improve engagement and conversions.-> Research trends and propose innovative marketing ideas.-> Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong writer, storyteller, and communicator Skilled in design tools (Canva) and social media management tools Familiar with digital ads, analytics, and basic automation tools Organized, creative, and results-oriented Passionate about education, people, and purposeBonus Skills: Photography, videography, CRM/lead management, and SEO experience.
