We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant Interns to join our team This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in client support, documentation, and administrative work within the visa consultancy field.
Please note this is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in completing visa application forms and gathering required documents.
  • Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support with scheduling appointments and tracking application progress.
  • Maintain client records and handle basic inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the consultants.
  • Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, International Relations, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is an added advantage.
