Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients, ensuring smooth travel management, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any travel-related inquiries. The consultant will work closely with clients to plan and execute their travel needs, providing personalized travel solutions and addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
  • Customer Service and Reservations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Proficiency with travel booking software and tools
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
