Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid position for a Human Resources Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for remote work. The Human Resources Specialist will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and coordinate personnel management processes. Responsibilities also include providing support in HR management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling daily HR-related operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
  • Strong expertise in Personnel Management
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and employment standards in Kenya
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
