Fortune Technologies Ltd is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Officer for a client in a fast paced Agri-Business who will support the effective delivery of HR services across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations, promotes a positive employee experience, and supports management in implementing HR strategies aligned to organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems
  • Recruitment, Selection and onboarding
  • Performance management: development and implementation of performance management system
  • Training and development: identify and facilitate training needs and opportunities for employee development
  • Compliance and policy administration: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies
  • Compensation and Benefits: assist in the administration of compensation and benefits program
  • Payroll processing
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee program
  • Health, Safety and Wellness: promote workplace health and safety initiatives

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (preferred).
  • 5 Years experience in a similar role.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional or higher Diploma in HRM
  • Registered member of IHRM
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge/understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
