We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee housekeeping and cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or facility management and the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Salary: QAR 1,300

Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and Transport provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily cleaning operations and allocate tasks among the cleaning team
  • Ensure all areas are maintained to the required hygiene and presentation standards
  • Train and guide cleaning staff to follow best practices and safety procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance or housekeeping issues
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth service delivery
