Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor Intern, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Quantity Surveyor Intern will be responsible for supporting cost control activities, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning and cost reporting. Additionally, the intern will assist with cost management, project administration, and ensure that financial documentation is maintained accurately.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
