Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive andvisually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights forvarious business units.Data Modeling: Create and manage complex data models, relationships, andcalculations using Power BI Desktop and Power Query.Data Integration: Connect to various data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel,SharePoint, APIs) and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) asneeded.Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards forperformance, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.User Support: Provide technical support and training to end -users, helping themunderstand and leverage Power BI tools effectively.Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionablebusiness insights.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, datascientists, and IT teams, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meetbusiness needs.Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all Power BIprojects, including data sources, calculations, and report design.Compliance & Governance: Ensure data governance standards and best practices arefollowed, maintaining data security and privacy. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or arelated field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)are a plus.Proven experience of 3 years+ as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role, with astrong portfolio of developed Power BI reports and dashboards.Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query FormulaLanguage).Experience with SQL and other data querying languages.Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.11.
