Multi -Sites Project Manager

Job Title:     Multi -Sites Project Manager Reports to:   Head of Engineering Department: Group RetailOperations Location:      HeadOffice -Nairobi, Kenya. JOB PURPOSE Our client, a leading company inthe Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi -Sites Project Manager to spearhead the design,supervision, and implementation of retail development projects across multipleservice station sites. This includes the rollout of convenience shop brandinginitiatives and the automation of retail service station infrastructure. Theideal candidate will lead CAPEX projects, coordinate cross -functional teams,and ensure that all initiatives align with the company's brand, operational,and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Engineering, theMulti -Sites Project Manager will be responsible for:Lead design projects and oversee detailed designs aligned withthe brand charter, working with consultants and contractors to ensure lightmodernization and branding standards.Collaborate with Project Engineers during project scoping,develop terms of reference, bills of quantities, and review tenders andproposals, particularly for service stations.Supervise CAPEX projects through to successful completion,ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Conduct acoustic testing to verify the integrity of tanks andproduct pipelines.Coordinate and supervise consultants, contractors, and serviceproviders to ensure quality and timely delivery.Support subsidiaries in maintaining the company's Engineeringstandards across various projects.Ensure rebranding and site takeovers are completed withinstipulated timelines and quality standards.Uphold operational excellence, budget control, growth targets,HSEQ compliance, and administrative performance.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systemrequirements in all project activities.Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Engineering. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.At least6 years' proven experience in project management, design, documentation, andsupervision within a busy construction environment.Demonstrated experience working closely withexecutive management to meet departmental goals.Strong analytical skills with the ability todevelop technically sound business proposals.Proficient in engineering software such asAutoCAD and Microsoft Project.Excellent report preparation and presentationskills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;capable of leading and working within a team.Ability to work independently with minimalsupervision. KEY COMPETENCIES ​1.    Project Management & Leadership: Proven ability to lead and managecomplex, multi -site projects from planning to execution.2.   Technical Expertise & Supervision: Strong skills in technical design,construction supervision, and engineering standards application.3.   Budgeting, Cost Control &Compliance: Proficientin managing project budgets, cost optimization, and ensuring adherence to HSEQand ISO 9001:2008 standards.4.   Communication & StakeholderEngagement: Excellentinterpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability tomanage internal and external stakeholders effectively.5.   Analytical & Problem -Solving Skills: Strong analyticalthinking for evaluating technical challenges and developing sound solutions.6.   Driving Competency & FieldReadiness: Validdriving experience of 6+ years; defensive driving certification is an addedadvantage for field -based project supervision ​
