RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the Implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and needsPerform all executive administrative tasks and coordination as assignedSupport the senior management in administrative tasksAssist with change management planning and internal training programsAssist with employee day to day HR related operations including training, appraisals, feedback collection and productivity tools allocationAssist in articulation of the values and culture of the company as an ongoing concernUpdating all aspects of HR processes across all departments/countriesAssist with building pipeline across all critical roles in the organization as an ongoing concernPlan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven cultureAssist with preparing executive and management HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR metrics and and trends internally and externallyEnsuring daily/weekly/monthly update on asset register, employee KYC and details and any other HR administrative tasks while working closely with finance and legal teamsAssist in implementation of business continuity planning and policies to build operational resiliency
