JOB SUMMARY

The role holder will ensure that the Company maintains an online brand presence as well as increase our sales by designing and executing various marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting in the formulation and management of strategies to build alasting digital connection with consumers. Keeping abreast with the latest digital trends and best practices andensure that the same is adopted as part of our operations.Assisting in preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgetsfor the marketing department.Planning and setting goals/objectives for the department, monitoring theachievements and reporting on the same.Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand themarket share.Creating and developing best marketing models and practices geared atbrand awareness and growth.Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on all digitalmarketing channels through overseeing all the company's social media accounts,company’s website,blog, SEO/SEM programs and other marketing initiatives; Provide creative ideasfor content marketing and update website.Monitoring competition; pricing changes, new products and features etc. andprovide suggestions for improvements.Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Webanalytics tools i.e., Google Analytics, measure Returns on Investment and KPIs.Launching optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, social mediaplatforms, online newsletters, promotional emails and organize theirdistribution through various other channels; oversee results driven digitalmarketing campaigns.Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness; buildan inbound marketing plan and forecast sales performance trends. Analyzing clients’ behavior and determining their personas.Conducting surveys as needed to determine position in the market andadvance aggressive marketing plans targeted to addressing customer needs.Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors; collaboratewith designers to improve user experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS
