JOB SUMMARY

You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for converting both outbound and inbound leads into satisfied customers. QualificationsProven experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in motor vehicle/ automotive sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Excellent social media skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to outbound leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to nurture relationships, understand their needs, and convert them into paying customers.Social media marketing: Managing all the social pagesInbound Sales: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries and leads, providing product information, addressing customer questions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager to develop and execute salesstrategies, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service and addressing customer concerns or issues promptly.Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and progress updates in the CRM system.Sales Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product development and marketing efforts.
