Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, developing relationships with clients, and overseeing various aspects of the sales and marketing functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Set clear and measurable goals for the sales and marketing teams.


Team Management:

Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and objectives. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Sales Management:

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.


Marketing Management:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, events, and traditional media. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all initiatives.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics to track and measure the success of sales and marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the leadership team.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a unified approach and consistent messaging. Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve products and services based on market demands.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Strong leadership and team management skills. 3 to 5 years’ experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies. Knowledge of industry trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Proven experience in sales and marketing of insurance products.
