The Open University of Kenya aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. JOB SUMMARY

Requirements for AppointmentFor appointment to this grade, one MUST have:Degree in any of the following fields: Customer Service, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management, Event Management, Front Office or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Certificate in computer application skills.
