The Kenyan Alliance Insurance is a leading Insurance and Financial Services Company offering a wide range of financial products and services in insurance. The product range includes life and general insurance, pensions, investment planning, wealth management, retirement planning and medical insurance. As part of our growth strategy, the Company seeks to recruit a dynamic, passionate, innovative and result orientated professional to the below position;
Main Purpose of the Job- (Job Summary)
The role holder is responsible for driving and supporting growth of Medical Business.
Main Responsibilities
In charge of handling all aspects of business channels in Medical business.
In charge of training for all business channels in Medical business.
Drive uptake of health care product mix
Presentation of the Company’s products and services to prospective clients
Development of training and marketing materials
Creating relationship with business supporters
Coordinating renewals for client’s policies
Undertaking Risk Management programs for clients
Obtaining market intelligence
Building client relationship
Carrying out competitor analysis
Ensure premium collection is done through the channels
Ensure promotional materials are available
Managing complaints and customer feedback {for business retention}
Effectively manage and motivate tied agents in the organization and ensure that the agents have the necessary skills and experience to perform their roles
Ensure maintenance of team cohesion with tied agents
Solicit and retain business that is profitable to the company
Maintain a positive corporate image of the company and uphold the tenets of the company’s mission statement and core values
Ensure tied agents comply with the company’s policies rules and regulation.

Knowledge & Experience
The candidate must demonstrate and possess the following skills and qualifications:
3years’ experience in Marketing
In depth understanding of the marketing of a Medical insurance
Good marketing, communication and presentation skill
Good knowledge of the insurance business
Degree in Business Administration, Insurance or other relevant field
