Career Access Africa assists university-bound students in applying to colleges and universities around the world. Career Access Africa specializes in education-related services; such as securing and processing admission for students, securing scholarships, providing university selection, educational consulting, educational guidance counseling, language proficiency testing, visa guidance and processing, pre-departure briefing, airport pickups, and immigration services.


Where You Fit

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager- Kenya, you will serve as a Marketing personnel for the Nairobi team.


The Role:

Core responsibilities will include:

1. Developing Marketing Strategies:

Devise comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the CAA&s services and increase brand visibility.

Create marketing plans aligned with CAAs objectives and budget constraints.


2. Building and Nurturing Client Relationships:

Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders in the education industry.

Nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-up to convert them into clients.


3. Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and seminars to showcase the CAAs expertise and attract potential clients.

Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, guest invitations, and promotional materials.


Qualifications:

● A bachelors degree or a diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is typically required.

● 1 plus years of professional experience and extensive knowledge of marketing, branding and social media management

● Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.

● Experience with event planning, client relationship management, and brand management is desirable.


Required Skills

● Marketing Skills: Proficiency in marketing principles, strategies, and tactics and strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various marketing channels.

● Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams, including sales, content, and product development.


Benefits

The salary for this role is 15,000 Kenyan shillings payable at the end of the month plus 10% commission from every client closed.

You will be entitled to 21 Days Leave per year accumulated at the rate of 1.75 Days Per Month.
