RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch staff to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high levels of performance.Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth, attract new customers, and retain existing clients through innovative financial products and services.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.Risk Management: Monitor and manage branch risks, including credit risk, operational risk, and compliance risk, ensuring adherence to internal controls and procedures.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, including financial metrics, sales targets, and customer feedback, to head office.
