Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable and professional Client Support Associate to help us manage and maintain quality interactions with our clients. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, or SMS
- Record and escalate feedback from clients to the relevant teams
- Conduct structured follow-ups with clients after service delivery
- Update task trackers and maintain accurate client records
- Support light coordination of client appointments when needed
- Represent Tasklink with a polite and professional tone at all times
Requirements
- Must be a Kenyan Resident
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Swahili)
- Confident using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Available at least 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in customer support is an added advantage but not required
