Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and professional Client Support Associate to help us manage and maintain quality interactions with our clients. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, or SMS
  2. Record and escalate feedback from clients to the relevant teams
  3. Conduct structured follow-ups with clients after service delivery
  4. Update task trackers and maintain accurate client records
  5. Support light coordination of client appointments when needed
  6. Represent Tasklink with a polite and professional tone at all times

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Must be a Kenyan Resident 
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Swahili)
  3. Confident using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  4. Available at least 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
  5. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  6. Prior experience in customer support is an added advantage but not required
