Responsibilities
- Recruitment and candidate placements through developing job descriptions, creating job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates in alignment with position requirements and set standards
- Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, expressions of interest, and capability statements (end to end)
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies, upholding candidate databases, and establishing relationships with potential candidates and clients
Qualification
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in an HR Consulting firm
- Membership in IHRM
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
