RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations teamSupervise and delegate duties;Ensure brand standards are maintainedLiaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appealEffectively handle guest complaints.Assist with rostering, taking into consideration forecast, wage cost, staff requests etc.Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the next service period, making adjustments to the roster where necessaryEnsure beverage cost is maintained to budget Report any shortages in equipment to the managerConduct staff training including induction, product knowledgeCounsel staff if not performing to the Outlet's standardsAttend and actively participate in necessary meetingsBe able to take charge of the outlet/area in the absence of the ManagerDaily stock orderingFlexibility to work in all F&B areas
