Responsibilities and duties;

Front office customer service
Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
Follow-up with potential clients and partners, inquiries, walk-ins etc.
Telemarketing
Publicize the Institute's activities and events to students and staff.
Conduct customer surveys and report on the customer satisfaction feedback.
Engage in Digital Marketing, Social media Marketing, Public relations.
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Updating databases (client details, partner details etc.)
Prepares customer service summary reports.
Any other duty as will be assigned from to you by your immediate supervisor/ Management.
