    • Conduct detailed needs assessments to pinpoint learning gaps and opportunities for performance enhancement.
    • Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information on learning objectives and target audience.
    • Organize design sessions to outline key learning outcomes and desired competencies for programs and courses.
  • Instructional Design
    • Develop effective, learner-centric instructional training programs through various channels like learning management systems, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and multimedia content.
    • Map out modules based on learning paths, content, projects, assignments, and success metrics for diverse learning programs.
    • Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM to create top-notch learning experiences.
  • Content Development/Curriculum Development
    • Create high-quality curriculum and course content, generate and edit multimedia content to enrich the learning experience in the current commercial training curriculum.
    • Formulate detailed learning paths and session plans for self-paced online learning, in-person learning, and simulation-based experiential learning.
    • Ensure the content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with instructional goals.
  • Assessment and Evaluation
    • Devise assessment strategies to gauge the effectiveness of learning solutions.
    • Conduct evaluations and collect feedback for continuous enhancement of instructional materials and trainings.
    • Assess the impact and effectiveness of all in-person and online trainings.
  • Technology Integration & LMS
    • Supervise the selection of software, Learning Management Systems, and external partners for collaboration in training programs and services.
    • Utilize learning technologies and authoring tools to create online and blended learning solutions, including animations, voice-overs, graphics, videos, and interactive games.
    • Contribute to the development of instructional methods using various learning solutions and technologies, including learning management systems.
  • Training
    • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new team members of commercial teams.
    • Participate in and lead all commercials training TOTs to gain insights and knowledge for the commercial teams' trainings.
    • Maintain and update master data content for training purposes.
    • Generate training reports and follow up on shared feedback with relevant stakeholders after training sessions.
    • Any other assignments as may be designated from time to time.
  • Personal Attributes
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development.
    • Experience in curriculum development & instructional design.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Academic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or related business fields.
    • Must possess Trainers of Trainers Certification by IHRM/NITA.
  • Skill Qualifications
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
