JOB SUMMARY

As a Data Analyst at OMGIK, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business decisions and strategies. You will work within the operations team with a data team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Your insights will directly impact our operational efficiency, risk management, and customer satisfactionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the insurance industry or a related field.Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators and trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation through data analysis.Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
