JOB SUMMARY

One of the Leading Tours and Travel company is looking for a Senior Outbound Tours consultantFollowing are the requirements :- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality or related field- At least 7+ years' experience in a leading travel agency.- Must be well conversant with GDS systems preferably Travelport, Amadeus etc.- Excellent Communication, organizational and Negotiation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Determine Client's needs and Advise suitable travel packages.- Organize travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation andtransportation.- Provide travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/ holiday materials.- Maintain existing Client relationships and loyalty.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Customer service, Social media usage (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), Airline reservation systems (Amadeus, others), E-mail and internet, Reception and registration (hotel, event), Travel planning and reservations (leisure, business), Tourist guiding

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
