We are seeking an intern to be part of our Finance and Administration team. This opportunity will provide valuable learning experiences as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced finance and administration environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Function
  • Process cheques and online payments with necessary documentation
  • Prepare monthly creditor reconciliations and resolve any pending issues
  • Assist in clearing outstanding items in the Bank Reconciliation
  • Cash and Advance Settlement Management
  • Handle cash requests according to policies and timelines
  • Manage corporate credit card processes and expense reporting
  • Inter-office payment settlement system operations
  • Perform account allocation and reconciliation for Inter-office payment settlement system
  • Document Management and Archiving
  • Maintain records using a tracking tool
  • Ensure proper filing and condition of financial documents
  • Assist in retrieving information for auditors and government agencies
  • Administrative Roles
  • Support in events and facilities management
  • Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • Participate in finance review meetings and other assigned learning activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA Level II or higher
  • Knowledge of Accounting Packages like SUN System
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
