Applicants must possess:

Diploma in Photography/ Photojournalism/Mass Communication or relevant area from recognized Institutions with five (5) years' experience at Grade 6 or equivalent position.

OR

Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Photography or relevant area from recognized Institution with five (5) years' experience at Grade 6 or equivalent position.
