Job Summary:

The selected individuals will be accountable to the Dean or the designated person of Chandaria School of Business (CSOB). The primary responsibilities will involve instructing, researching, and contributing to service activities with the goal of improving educational practices, research quality, and learning outcomes.

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses within the specified areas of expertise.
  • Support and guide students in their professional pursuits.
  • Participate in the enhancement of curricula to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
  • Contribute to program development, assessments, and reviews.
  • Supervise student research projects, theses, or dissertations at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Engage in research within the specialized field.
  • Offer service to the University, the industry, and the community.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned occasionally.

Requirements:

To be eligible for the role, candidates should have:

  • An earned PhD or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university, and registration with the relevant professional body where required.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of teaching or relevant industrial experience.
  • Minimum of twenty-four publication points as per the CUE Standards & Guidelines, 2014, with a minimum of sixteen points from peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
  • Registration for a PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification.
  • Membership in the relevant professional organization.
