JOB SUMMARY
The PersonFor the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field of study.5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.3 years POS experience.3 years' Ecommerce experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a data driven system analysis to ensure continuous system improvement initiatives.Ensuring all POS and ecommerce technical support issues are resolved within SLA.Managing the configuration and testing of the POS applications and its validity.Carrying out Terminal Management System (TMS) configurations and reporting Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.Ensure 24*7 availability of the Switch and Payments systems as required by usersKeep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.Be the driving force behind process optimization: by contributing to continuous service improvements, change management and documentations. Perform system upgrades and apply system patches promptly received from system vendors.
