Communications job vacancies in Kenya. We are seeking a skilled digital marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a team player and possess the ability to work independently. This role will be crucial in SEO, Google Ads, backlinking, content creation, and managing all social media accounts including Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. The successful candidate will support the company's outreach through these channels.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Utilizing your expertise to drive digital marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition for Kaluari.
  • Developing and managing the company's digital and social media strategy to optimize growth and enhance online presence.
  • Promoting and selling Kaluari's solutions and services to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Creating new backlinks daily and producing at least 4 articles monthly for the company's websites.
  • Providing detailed weekly progress reports on marketing campaigns, including SEO updates, ranking improvements, website traffic, leads, and content.
  • Sending holiday messages to clients and prospects on all occasions.
  • Evaluating program strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Optimizing existing content on Kaluari's websites.
  • Measuring the success of marketing campaigns through analytics reports and coordinating efforts with team members.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of various digital media platforms and knowledge of SEO, SEM, UX, A/B testing, email marketing, CRO, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Console, and Keyword Research.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, particularly in service-related industries.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and managing content across platforms.
  • Familiarity with designing videos and online ads using tools like Canva.
  • Ability to use data for segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, time management, integrity, and adaptability to changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a high level of IT understanding.
