We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics & Integration Team. The role involves supporting and developing market-specific systems and tools across all businesses within the Regional Market. This includes activities such as project scoping, system analysis, design, development, implementation, and sustain efforts. The main goal is to provide insights to enhance consumer experience and business results by collecting, combining, and translating data on customers, consumers, prospects, market trends, and competition in both B2C and B2B segments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define indicators for measuring results.
  • Collect and combine external data (e.g., market trends, consumer behavior) and internal data (e.g., channels, key campaigns).
  • Update and optimize data quality in the database.
  • Conduct analyses based on segmentation, regions, and sales channels.
  • Develop forecasting and predictive models.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for business initiatives.
  • Assist in forecasting activities and provide periodic reporting.
  • Monitor trends and report relevant insights.
  • Evaluate consumer experience campaigns.
  • Design and review user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain business analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data reliability in all analytics solutions.

Keys Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Data Mining, CRM, or direct Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Database, and MS Dynamics.
  • Experience in reporting and forecasting.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
