Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Drive growth by enhancing sales capabilities to support the firm's digital transformation strategy.
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, choose appropriate tools, and establish processes for effective implementation.
- Engage with clients and alliance partners to unlock new opportunities for KPMG.
- Require a minimum of 10 years of B2B sales enablement experience with complex products in an OEM or Consulting setting.
- Collaborate with various global teams and stakeholders to drive Tech Alliance Business Development in the Africa region.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Tech Alliance sales inquiries in East Africa.
- Provide Sales Enablement support for Accounts focusing on Sales & Pipeline Management, Financial Analysis, and Go-To-Market Strategies.
- Offer assistance to Business Development Teams on Strategies, Market Analysis, and Relationship Building.
- Contribute to Revenue planning, identify strategic opportunities, and support industry trend analysis.
- Lead campaigns, participate in calls, and maintain marketing artifacts to ensure consistency with global standards.
- Coordinate with Connected Cluster Heads and Service Line Heads for revenue planning and business growth.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and assessment activities with account and pursuit teams.
- Collaborate with technology alliances teams for pipeline management and reporting.
- Hold a B.Sc., B.A. degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in technology sales enablement leadership roles.
- Proven track record in enhancing sales productivity and onboarding processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and sales effectiveness training.
- Preferably hold sales certifications from major tech companies.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and CRM tool experience.
- Display commercial awareness, innovation curiosity, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Poses high energy, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
