JOB SUMMARY
Job Description:As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the ongoing analysis of our loan portfolio, ensuring the integrity and performance ofour lending activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting regular analyses of the loan portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Developing and generating comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.Designing and implementing new risk rules to enhance the credit repayment performance.Proactively preventing fraud and minimizing risk exposure.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and intermediate proficiency in Python.Ability to create Machine Learning models and test their performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Previous experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field is highly desirable.Interview Process:Candidates will undergo a practical skills assessment during the interview process to verify their SQL and Python scripting abilities.Only those with the necessary skills and experience will be considered for this role.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative and inclusive work environmentThe chance to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth.
