JOB SUMMARY

Currently, we are inviting ambitious Sales Professional with experience selling networking devices to join our growing sales team in Nairobi,Kenya to further develop the East African portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLYou will lead, coach and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks.You will assume responsibility of all sales processes whilst you develop a strong sales team who can work independently.Create and implement sales action plans for the dedicated regionAnalyze all sales activities, provide daily support, and develop the team to assure 100% of sales plan realizationContribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growthEnsure order tracking and correctionCoordinate technical inquiriesOrganize and conduct training for local sales teamsWE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVEStrong Experience in IoT or Networking solutions.At least 4 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a track record of successAt least 2 years of team management (leading sales representatives) and leadership experienceLeadership skills, growth and problem-solving oriented mindsetAbility to adapt fast and make decisions independentlyResults focused personality and a track-record that reflects itOUR OFFERSalary:We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field.
