About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading the Learning and Development (L&D) team's programs designed to develop managers at One Acre Fund.
  • Reporting to the Global L&D Lead, you will manage a team of 1-2 direct reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Program Management:
    • Set the training strategy to enhance manager quality.
    • Develop efficient and impactful training programs.
    • Customize management training based on feedback and data.
  • Innovation + Data Driven Results:
    • Utilize data to enhance the manager support program's effectiveness.
    • Introduce new training approaches to meet manager needs.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with program and team leads.
    • Collaborate internally and externally for seamless training execution.
    • Work with other L&D team members for a comprehensive development experience.
  • Career Growth and Development:
    • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
    • Receive mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
    • Participate in career reviews and goal-setting discussions.
    • Contribute to shaping the organization and advancing your career.

Qualifications:

General qualifications:

  • Specific requirements for this role:
  • 5+ years of people development experience.
  • Expertise in capacity building, training, etc.
  • Proficiency in project management, process improvement, and program design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Language: English proficiency is mandatory.
